Exchange Costs:

  • The customer bears the shipping costs for both ways (return and re-shipping).

Exchange Exceptions: Customers are not eligible to exchange the product in the following cases:

  • If the perfume has been opened, used, or its original wrapper has been removed.
  • If the product was part of special offers or sales.

  • If any damage was caused to the packaging or the product after receipt.

Second: Return Policy

Customers have the right to request a product return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition, with complete packaging and the invoice.

Return Costs:

  • The customer bears the shipping costs for the return process, except in cases where there is an error from the store or if the product arrives in a damaged or defective condition, in which case the store bears the full costs.

Refunds:

  • The amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 7 business days after receiving the returned product and verifying its condition.

Return Exceptions: Customers are not eligible to return the product in the following cases:

  • If the product was purchased as part of a special offer or sale.
