  3. (Agreement): Refers to the terms and conditions of this agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties involved.

Article 2 - Consumer Legal Capacity:

  1. The consumer acknowledges possessing the legal and Sharia-compliant capacity to deal with the store, or that they are at least 18 years of age.
  2. The consumer agrees that in the event of violating this article, they shall bear all consequences of such violation before third parties.

Article 3 - Nature of Obligation:

  1. The store’s obligation towards consumers is to provide the service or product.
  2. The store may provide other services, such as after-sales services or related services, depending on the nature and type of the requested service or product.

Article 4 - Guidelines for Use:

  1. The consumer commits to using the store's electronic platform in accordance with public morals and the regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. The consumer commits that when purchasing a service or product from the store, they will not use it in any way that violates public morals or the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 5 - Accounts and Registration Obligations:

Upon applying to join as a member of this store, you are obligated to disclose specific information, choose a username, and a secure password for accessing store services. By doing so, you agree to:

  1. If any article or clause of this agreement is canceled or becomes invalid, it shall not invalidate the remaining clauses, which shall remain in full force until further notice from store management.
  2. This agreement (which may be amended from time to time) constitutes the framework of work and understanding between the consumer and the store.
  3. The store may impose fees on certain consumers based on offers, products, services, or government-mandated taxes and fees.
  4. The store reserves the right to add, increase, decrease, or deduct any fees or expenses outlined in this agreement.

Article 8 - Payment Services:

Article 12 - Applicable Law:

This agreement is governed, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 13 - General Provisions:

  1. The Arabic language is the official language used for interpreting the terms of this agreement or translating them.
  2. All prices displayed for products or services are subject to change from time to time.
  3. Promotional or marketing offers provided by the store are temporary and can be modified or canceled at any time.
  4. Both parties commit to dealing with each other in accordance with Islamic jurisprudence, regulations, and relevant laws.
  5. This agreement can only be canceled by a formal decision issued by store management.
