Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Costs:

• Orders are shipped to our customers outside Riyadh via one of the shipping companies partnered with Fauhan Perfumes for a flat rate of 20 only.
• If the order value is 500 or more, you will receive free shipping.
• Orders inside Riyadh are delivered within 24 hours only (God willing) via our Riyadh delivery representative for 20 only.
• Delivery outside Riyadh takes 3 to 4 days.
• Our customers in Riyadh enjoy free shipping for orders totaling 500 or more.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Service:

• Cash on Delivery is available in all regions of the Kingdom.
• No additional fees are charged for this service.

Home Delivery of Shipments:

• When the shipment arrives at the customer's city, an SMS notification is sent to confirm its arrival.
• The customer can contact the shipping company and provide the tracking number to schedule a convenient time for home delivery at no additional cost.
• As for our customers inside Riyadh, orders are delivered directly to the home without the need for prior scheduling.

Important Notes:

• Shipping fees are calculated based on the customer's choice of shipping company during checkout, and the fees are clearly displayed on the payment page.
• If the order amount is less than 500 SAR, the shipping fee is 20 Saudi Riyals.
• Fauhan Perfumes has the right to charge no additional fees other than those mentioned on the website, as fees are calculated according to the rates of our partnered shipping companies.
• Friday is an official holiday for the store, and we cannot deliver orders on this day.
